Be sure to use your largest pan and spatula to get the patties as thin as possible for those ultra-crispy edges. Press down firmly on the patties with the spatula. For larger batch cooking (double protein/veggies or 6 servings), work in batches and note longer cook times. Watch bacon and onions carefully so they do not burn.
